Background

To make students use Accredians student dashboard feature over other platforms which requires to switch between platforms to interact with their peers.

Problem Statements

I am a student at Vellore Institute of Engineering, I am trying to know the experience of the enrolled students in data science course from the IITK. But I don't know how to get in touch with the current students/alumni to get real-time feedback from them for my questions because there isn't any point of contact to connect with them which makes me feel confused for which program i should go with.

GOALS

Customer driven goals -

• Reviews from the alumina/current students.
• Visibility of the success rate of the enrolled students.
• Networks and guides from the peers.

Business driven goals -

• Attention grabbing made easier as the students are active on the dashboard
• New user sign ups as they get insights of the course and increase in enrollments eventually.
• Existing user enrolled into another course as it helped their peers to grow in their field.

Market-driven goals -

• Trending topics being discussed this enhances the chance to attract the targeted customers.
